How many players can join?

Official sources describe single-player and two-player online co-op. Dynamic scaling, a shared life pool, and revival are part of the documented co-op design.

Where does co-op start?

Matchmaking is connected to Sanctus Clypeus. Both players should understand How Runs Work and Death Progression before launching a difficult mission.

Is crossplay confirmed?

Not by the current primary-source set for every platform pairing. This site will not turn account-linking wording into a crossplay promise. Use Build Fundamentals for general team planning and Known Issues for dated service notes.
